Welcome to Skilvenatora at skilvenatora.com. These terms govern your use of our director training & coaching services, digital products and goods.
1. Services Overview
Skilvenatora provides personalized director training & coaching sessions. We also offer digital training modules (info products) and branded merchandise (goods).
2. Service Engagement
When you enroll in a coaching program, you agree to our scheduling and delivery procedures. All session times must be confirmed in writing. You may request a change of date at least 7 days prior to the original slot. Requests made later are subject to availability.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful processing of your order for any digital material, you will receive access instructions via email. Access is granted for the period indicated in the product description.
4. Goods Purchase
Physical items are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please verify your shipping details carefully to avoid delays.
5. Fees and Payment
All prices are as listed on the website in the currency indicated at checkout. You agree to follow all billing steps accurately. Skilvenatora reserves the right to update fees at any time with notice posted on skilvenatora.com.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once without deduction if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original date. After that period, sessions are nonrefundable due to scheduling constraints and resource allocation.
6.2 Digital Products
If you find the purchased digital modules incompatible, you may request a refund within 14 days of access activation. To initiate a refund, contact our support team and provide your order number. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment provider within 10 business days of approval.
6.3 Merchandise
Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to arrange shipment of the item back to our facility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement.
7. No Refund Circumstances
Customized coaching packages that involve significant preparation and travel are final sale. This is due to the bespoke nature of planning and commitment of personnel and resources.
